The Deluxe Aluminium 42 Rail Tower Clothes Airer White is a premium upgrade to the classic tower airer, built entirely from rust-proof aluminium for a lighter, longer-lasting drying solution. With 42 metres of drying space across 6 foldable wings, it's designed to handle a full family wash while folding away into a fraction of the footprint when not in use.
Aluminium is the smartest material choice for outdoor drying - it never rusts and stays lightweight for years, unlike steel frames that corrode with repeated exposure to moisture. The rails themselves are UV stabilised and poly coated to resist sun damage, so this airer is just as suited to a sunny courtyard as it is to an indoor laundry. Six independently foldable wings let you open only what you need for a small load, or extend the full airer for a complete wash, while two integrated coat hanger swivel arms hold up to 18 hangers for shirts, jackets and other garments that dry best on a hanger. Four castor wheels, two fitted with brakes, make it easy to move into position and lock in place while in use.
