FAQ

Questions our customers ask

Pulled from our Perth showroom team’s most-asked questions.

Are you an authorised Australian Joseph Joseph stockist?

Yes — Soko & Co has been an authorised Joseph Joseph stockist for over a decade. Every piece we sell ships from our Perth warehouse with full Australian warranty support. Contact us if you have a question about a specific product’s warranty.

Where can I see Joseph Joseph products in person?

Every piece on this page lives on the floor at our Myaree, Karrinyup and Carousel WA showrooms. The Totem bin, the Hold-All laundry basket and the Flex 360 toilet brush are all displayed with replaceable parts so you can test the actual mechanism, not a sealed box.

Can I get replacement parts for older Joseph Joseph products?

For most current-range JJ pieces — yes. We stock replacement charcoal filters for the Totem bins, replacement Flex 360 brush heads, and most other consumables. For older pieces, contact our Perth team — we can usually source through JJ direct.

How does Joseph Joseph compare to Brabantia?

Brabantia is German and pedal-bin/laundry-led; JJ is British and problem-solving-led. Brabantia builds traditional designs to lifetime engineering standards; JJ invents new solutions to old problems (collapsing baskets, contoured ironing boards, twin-section hampers). Most of our customers end up with a mix of both — they’re complementary, not competing brands.

Are the Joseph Joseph designer colourways limited edition?

Some are — the Designers Collection range (peach blossom, lavender, ecru) rotates with JJ’s seasonal drops. The grey, white and core ecru finishes are permanent stock. If you’re building a coordinated look, message our team and we’ll flag any colour we’re running low on.

Do you ship Joseph Joseph products Australia-wide?

Yes — free shipping on orders over $150, $50 for Perth metro. Orders dispatch from our Myaree warehouse in 1–3 business days. See our shipping policy for full detail.
