We'll keep this short and sweet so that you can get busy decluttering your wardrobe, pantry, laundry or garage with the world's favourite modular shelving system.

Elfa Sale — Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion period. The Elfa Sale ("the Promotion") runs from 12:01am AWST on 1 October 2026 to 11:59:59pm AWST on 31 October 2026 ("the Promotion Period").
2. Offer. During the Promotion Period, the Elfa shelving range is discounted 20% off RRP, online and in-store, subject to the exceptions below. Sale pricing is applied automatically to eligible products — no discount code is required.
3. Exceptions.
   • Elfa freestanding drawer kits are excluded from the Promotion.
   • Individual components used to build freestanding Elfa drawers remain discounted.
   • Ready-made Elfa solutions (packages) are discounted 20% off RRP. This 20% overrides any other current offer or promotional pricing on that item — it is not applied in addition to another discount.
   • The 20% discount does not apply to Elfa measure and quote services.
   • This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount code.
4. Quotes.
   • All Elfa quotes are valid for 24 hours from time of issue.
   • Any quote issued during the Promotion Period is valid only during the Promotion Period. After the Promotion Period ends, any such quote reverts to full price and any promotional pricing is removed.
   • Quotes and purchases made prior to the Promotion Period will not be honoured at the sale price.
5. Availability. Offer is subject to stock availability while stocks last. Soko & Co reserves the right to end, extend or adjust the Promotion at any time at its discretion, including varying the range of eligible products.
6. Returns and exchanges.
   • Our standard returns and exchange policy applies in all other respects (including timeframes and resalability requirements).
   • Elfa items purchased during the Promotion Period, whether returned during or after the Promotion Period, will be refunded the amount actually paid at the time of purchase.
   • Exchanges made after the Promotion Period has ended will be charged full price for the replacement item(s) selected.
   • Nothing in this Promotion affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
7. Dispatch and shipping.
   • During the Promotion Period, order dispatch may take longer than usual — typically 10 to 15 business days during peak periods. This allows our team to correctly pick and check Elfa orders for accuracy before dispatch, given the number of individual components and sizes involved.
   • Once your order is with our courier, standard shipping timeframes apply.
   • Once your order has been dispatched from the warehouse, you will receive tracking details via email. Please note that Elfa orders may be left unattended if there is nobody to accept the delivery. We highly recommend shipping your order to an address that is always manned, such as a work or business address.
   • If you notice an error with your order, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of placing it. Outside this window we cannot guarantee the order can be corrected before dispatch.
8. General
   • All prices are in AUD and inclusive of GST where applicable.
   • Product images are for illustration purposes only.
   • This Promotion is not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred.
   • This Promotion is offered by Soko & Co [ABN/legal entity name] and is governed by the laws of Western Australia.
